Default tow package
What is installed with the tow package set up on the RX? What is required to actually tow and run lights to the trailer? Is this ready to just slide a 2" receiver in and plug in light harness?

a transmission cooler, heavy duty alternator and radiator, go and check if you have a towing hitch first I know mine comes with tow package but I don't have towing hitch

Instead of a tow package the RX's can come with a tow "prep" package. This does not include the receiver or light plug pigtail.

Lexus offers a receiver kit or you can install an aftermarket one.

Lets see some pics of what the receiver looks like on your RX's.
Did yours go neatly under that trim under the bumper?
