This isn't that big of a deal folks. The handles are in the cargo to simply unlatch the seats so you can push them forward. This makes it easier than having to do open the rear doors to do it from the side of the seat bottom. They moved the latch handle from the top of the seats to the side to make rear seat adjustment more natural, which left no way to fold the seats down from the rear cargo area. The handles in the cargo area allow you to do so.
