Gifts from dealer/sales associate??

I've purchased vehicles from two different Lexus dealers (TriCounty and Prestige Lexus) in the last 4 years and no gifts.
My son in law purchased 3 vehicles in 4 years from TriCounty and nothing.
TriCounty was going to give me a gift if I filled out my survey at the dealer.
