Do the truecar.com thing and see where the price falls on their chart. Don't settle on the dealer's first offer. Negotiate. Negotiate.

i think anywhere between 2000 and 3000 under invoice is good. i am surprised they still have 2010s around considering it is december 1 already. i got my 2010 rxh in early november.

Truecar shows on a $51835 list price,the invoice is $47024.
True car also has $45719 as a good price.I'd try to get it for around $45200 or a free accessory or two.Walk away and they'll do it or call you later.

Are you trading in a car or do you have a lease that is expiring ?
There's a 1k 'conquest' bonus for trading in or turning in a lease on a Bmw, MB, Audi, Acura, Infiniti or Caddy. There's also 2k in marketing support for any 2010 RX left.
That said, you could start at 44k, and settle for no more than 45k . . .

If you have not got one yet WE just picked up a 450h AWD for 46000 + Dealer fee + tax and tag. We were looking at 450h fwd and they were willing to do 43000 + dealer fee + tax and tag.
