Yeah, looks like your RX had a salt bath, picker ![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I'm hoping mine will shed the salt and dirt this weekend. Two weeks encased in filth is about my limit. I went three weeks once in my 330, got desperate and *gasp* took it to a car wash. Just too cold out and I had bronchitis
Something had to give. Snow is coming in again tomorrow. These storms are getting ridiculous

Picker, do you have mud guards? It doesn't look like it from the pictures. That might explain the extensive amount of salt on the back. Your tire spray pattern is also different on the sides.

careful, that's my wife.. the iPhone's HDR mode does strange things to moving objects.

just the std felt lined wheel wells..

well, I'm not sure that's such a good thing.. snow and ice are one thing

it got a bath first thing the next morning, wouldn't want a bad example driving around.

Benny, that's why I started this thread. We can commiserate over how dirty our RXs are but also have a little fun with it too. I'm figuring in the summer we can change it over to who has the best bug collection

Anita, it was a very good idea, it certainly made me a bit brighter feeling knowing mine wasn't the only filthy dirty new RX around. What we need is a dry cold snap to give us a chance to keep our RXs clean for a few days.

Pity I can't wash my car inside the garage instead of outside on the driveway.

The other downside to washing a car when it's below 0°C - frozen doors!

BCR, the problem with a dry warm snap is snow melt. The roads would be a mess, RX back to filthy in no time. Some roads here still have a considerable amount of snow on the sides from the storm on December 26 and the five others following it. Only heavy rain will get rid of it and wash all the salt away. In the meantime snow is falling yet again. Another foot
