That would go to the ES probably. that car is modeled after the LS but at a cheaper price point, and it comes pretty darn close. Also due to the shape of the ES, it faces much less wind resistance and would have the quietest ride.

I own both RX and ES, and I agree with RXSF. The ES feels softer and the new RX feels surprisingly sportier.

I agree with RXSF - I am currently driving an ES while my IS is in for service. I would compare it to a sofa on wheels. The 3rd Gen RX has more of a sporty/firm ride to it. I believe the 2nd Gen RX had a softer ride than the 3rd Gen.

Air suspension is not available on the RX in the US.

ES for comfort, RX for AWD. Both are quiet, the 450h even more

My wife has a 2011 ES 350 and I drive a 2011 RX 450h. ES is definitely quieter and has a smoother/softer ride than the RX.

Wife got an ES350 a few months ago as loaner. Definitely softer/quieter, but she didn't like being lower to the ground. The sudden downpours of rain and flooded intersections (only a few times a year) convinced us that a sedan is not for us, despite the softer ride and better mileage. Depends on what you like.
