I have a company issued Blackberry Storm 9535. The Bluetooth connectivity is fine, however I have over 2k contacts in my Blackberry. This is because it syncs with my company Outlook email contacts which I do need all 2k.

I tried using the default Lexus screens and it pulls in the first 1,000 contacts then says "memory full". I want to xfer the contacts that I will use on the road. Such as family, friends, business colleagues, and my direct reports. I would guess this would amount to over 225 names. Don't want to key all these in manually.

Does anyone know how to transfer contacts from specific categories I have in my Blackberry and not pull in default first 1,000?
