Parking Light Flash?
When I use the remote to lock/unlock my doors from the house, I have to listen for the beep to be sure it registers. I like to keep the beep low so I don't annoy the neighbors, but this means I can't always tell if the doors are locked.
Are the parking lights supposed to flash too, or is this only if you have a separate alarm system installed? Maybe it's custom setting I've missed?
I had a loaner RX350 for a few days and the parking lights did flash, but there was also a sticker for a Lexus factory alarm system on the windows. I wasn't aware of a separate alarm (besides a glass breakage sensor), so I'm confused.

all Lexus cars beep while also flashing the signals to let you know if you have unlocked or locked the car. One beep and one flash means you just locked it. two beeps and two flashes means that you just unlocked it. There is setting in the nav to change what you want to see.
the sticker you saw on the loaner is on all new Lexuses. It just depends whether or not your dealer ripped it off for you.
This is the toyota version, but the Lexus one is very similar
