What do you guys think I should offer for this rx350? Do you think I have a chance of getting it for 34,000 OTD?

OTD would include tax, title, and license. If you are getting it for $34,000 OTD then you'd better jump on it.

It has a lot of miles on it. 35K wouldn't be too bad before taxes.
