After market speakers and radio

Ok, everthing works fine now. They placed a diode to keep the current in one direction where as before, it was having a feedback thus disrupting the cruise control.
As for the female voice, the installer said that it doesn't come from the radio, it came from a different device and from there goes straight to the factory amp then to the speakers, but with the AM install, the factory amp was unplugged. If only there's a schematic to which wire it is, all they could have done was transfer that wire and plug it to the AM amp, but there's no such thing exist yet.

Indeed it is a cheap upgrade. I have a loaner right now that have the 12 speakers, it basically add tweeters to the rear passenger doors and a sub at the cargo area. Sitting at the driver seat there is minimal difference from 9 speakers but sitting at the back it doesn't sound muddy anymore. I'll check with the dealership if they can upgrade my system to 12 speakers, I doubt it will only cost $100 though.

^The sound quality is a total turn around not just because I changed the speakers, it's because of the cleansweep and amp. And with the sub, yes, it adds a good bass.
Sorry, I missed this reply. Well, if adding an amp and keeping the factory amp, the voice response would stay as it comes from the factory amp, hence Tex Lex didn't have any changes.
All 8 of my speakers and sub are amped so there are tons of wiring installation, I guess from there is where the risk is.
Happy was probably the first one to upgrade to this extent. I recall Tex Lex added an amp and subwoofer on his RX without any problems. I don't believe anyone just replaced speakers. You'd probably want to add a subwoofer anyway since the RX lacks bass, even on ML. Nothing's simple
Sorry, I know it's not an answer to your question.
