Based on the pics description, this is the dealer that had that car. Call them.
The obvious giveaway is that the steering wheel in the picture is on the right-hand-side.

Hi OP,
I like the blue hue light bulbs you have on the front position headlights, I think you called it the parking lights. The ones that are 5Watt Type E bulbs (at least the stock ones). Know where I can get those?
