Warranty issue for HID upgrade
Got my first 2011 RX350 last week (because of my newborn baby 
).
I didn't aware that the halogen headlight was bad like this and now I really want the HID upgrade. Before I order the HID kit, I wanna know if installing aftermarket HID will void the factory warranty?
Did anyone have aftermarket HID and has no problem with warranty fix?

First of all congrats!
I was researching this for my IS250 and the dealership said it would not void the warranty. However, if there was any damage related from an after market installalation of a HID kit. Fixing the issue would not be covered. Example would be if the kit burned out the harness or if the installer drilled a hole in the casing and condensation starts.

If you do get HID, please make sure your won't be spreading your light..
RX is a SUV and by default is higher than sedan, if you didn't aim your light properly, on coming traffic driver will have a hard time seeing as your bright light will blind them..
one of the things I hated most is HID not modded properly..not sure if you will need fisheye type thing w/ the halogen RX housing though..
