This is probably a stupid question, but here goes!

How can I verify that I truly do have the Mark Levinson 12 speaker package that comes with the rear DVD ent system? There should be some way to tell, correct? Another thread about audio got me thinking and started wondering about this on my drive home... Lol.

there are three audio systems:

the 9 speaker base
the 12 speaker "upgraded" sound
and the 15 speaker ML system

If you have the ML system, you should be able to see the words "mark levinson" near the audio controls, like next to the CD drive

otherwise, you have 12 speaker or 9. Chances are, if you have the rear DVD ent, you have at least 12

Crap that's what I was afraid of. I don't have that on mine Anita

I swear from my memory that for 2010, getting the DVD package included the ML 12 speaker system. Can anyone confirm or deny that? I'm googling around for the info as well.

Jen, looking at the '10 brochure, nav package gives you the 12 speaker upgrade, ML has 15 speakers, just like RXSF said. There is no mention of any speaker upgrade with rear DVD system (RSES).

Doesn't matter if you have the RSES or not, ML is an upgrade and will cost extra.

I LOL'd when I saw the photo - I thought I was the only person who left the "NOTICE" sticker on the CD player.

I took those stickers off. The picture was taken soon after I picked up the RX. I replaced the sills with the illuminated ones a few weeks ago. I have yet to remove the plastic covers off the Lexus emblem
