Got my car back yesterday after almost 4 weeks.

Rattle in steering column gone. New steering column.
New back bumper, looks tight.
Wind noise is finally gone. Replaced window seals.
New windshield, hail at dealership got old one.
Hail dents repaired paintless.

Steering seems to be tighter with new column. Now I actually can hear the rear curtain rattling. I was beginning to like the ES350 loaner they gave me. If I ever buy a new Lexus it will be assembled in Japan.

 

Nice to hear that Lexus was able to resolve your problems. They need to stay on top of these things before they loose their customer base. Glad they were able to fix the hail damage without painting, that would have been a killer for me.
