Chrome Amber Signal Blubs
Just wanted to post some pics of the new chrome amber turn bulbs that I just put in. Philips Silvervision bulbs are tough to find so I went with the Japanese brand Xtec as per suggestion from previous posts. There are a bunch of cheap options on Ebay and a couple of expensive ones also. I finally decided to order a Japanese Brand XTEC from a UK vendor. Shipping killed the bottom line but I'm pretty happy with the purchase. $32 for 2 pairs shipped with a coupon code!
Also just an FYI for anyone looking to replace the amber turn signal lights. I found out that WY21W is a European standard code so you might broaden your search for 7440 or 992 which are the DOT standard Codes but are the same bulb.
I also just installed a 4300K Philips Xtreme HID Conversion Kit for Fogs Pics and Review Soon!
First Pic is Stock Bulb
Second is Chrome Bulb
Third is with Chrome Bulbs with Hazards on.

Looking good The Silvervisons are nice bulbs and they've held up since I put them in last winter. No worries though, I have an extra pair since they didn't fit the front blinkers. Hope the XTECs work out for you.
Have you changed the parking lights yet? I'm looking forward to your write up on the fog lights.

I changed them to the 5000K Fwd Facing LEDs from V-LEDs...They are on in my DRL pic from a my previous post. They are more white than the HIDs but match pretty good compared to the 6000K LEDs I had in there before.

Just think of how much worse it would look like if you didn't change the parking lights I think they match perfectly with the HIDs.
Still waiting for the fog write up. You keep posting pictures without them on. At this rate I might beat you to it

FYI, Stealth carries the chrome bulbs since it's hard to find the Silvervisions. I was very happy with the quality and customer service I received. I'd definitely recommend them.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I didn't want to create a new one.
I am looking at chrome bulbs from STEALTH for my RX350, but am unsure of the type. #7440's seem like the right ones though... could someone kindly confirm this?
STEALTH bulbs are a bit pricy, but they're currently knocking off 25% on all orders placed on or before 7/7!

Nice discount! 7440 sounds right. Bulb sizes are listed in the owners manual. Plus when you order from Stealth they ask for model information to make sure it is the right one.

Hi DMC9114, I would like to order a pair of STEALTH for my RX and don't see the discount on their site. Is there a reusable discount code or so that you can provide?
Thanks

There is no Discount Code as the offer is applied to all their lighting products and is extended to everyone.
