Default One of my babies recent implants

Just got my baby back from the dealer after it's implants. They basically replaced the whole headrest, which I like better, since it has more cushion. Too bad it doesn't run through the car's audio, well, not that I know of. It came with 2 IR wireless remotes and 2 IR headsets.

I'm sure I don't have active headrests.

all RXs have active headrests. They activate during a rear collision to prevent whiplash injury

I like the idea too. however, i dont like my kids entering isolation world. It seems like kids these days got stuck in the virtual world..

The thing is, I don't think I ever did. They gave my original headrests back and I don't see any kind of wiring or mechanism to make it an active headrest.

I actually don't like the look of the OEM. I can just see someone grabbing it by accident and breaking it off. I like the headrest mounted DVD monitors better. That's why I was glad my dealer offered the headrest mounted DVD.

I have a son who is autistic and he could never make a long trip (over 30 miles for him) in a car without the RSES to help him past the time and miles

That RSES is pretty expensive, as I recall. Today, would not an iPad (or laptop, etc) be less expensive, and you could use it all the time, rather than just on various trips? If I had kids today, I would certainly look into that. (When my kids were growing up, the Walkman would serve that purpose - that's how old I am.)
