Did you cause it to pop out? I think the mirror must be covered under MF warranty. If your local dealer does not do it, go to another.
I just had mine repaired/replaced at no cost, after a part fell off (a metal holding bracket) during normal window operation.

We just returned from two weeks holiday to find a card from our local police department about a theft from our 2011 RX350 that was parked on the street. I just left the officer a message, but it seems that both of the external heated. autodimming mirrors have been stolen. The annoying part is we finally replaced a driver-side one that cracked in a cold snap in February or March.
These are worth $500 to $600 and are NOT stock items. Plus, what is to stop the same thief from coming back again and stealing them after replacement? I've heard of such cases. Indeed, what you may buy on eBay may have been stolen from someone else.
