Hey everyone,

According to the manual, i thought it possible to set the smart key to unlock all doors (as opposed to just the drivers side which when opened can be set to unlock all doors). Is this wrong? If it is possible, could someone post some step by step instructions of changing it through the nav system?

I guess i should have clarified, i'm trying to figure out if it is possible to program the wallet size smart card key, not the regular push button key.

Do what the thread suggests with your push button key. The setting is saved on your car, not your key. So your card and/or key should open all your doors from then on.

I already programmed that key. It works with pushing the button once, no problem. But with the wallet size key card you can't open any of the doors. If you touch the driver's door handle then all the doors unlock. I want to be able to go to the back door and have it open when pulled on.

you can only lock and unlock all doors with the driver and front passenger's door handle and buttons from the cargo door. This of course if you program them to unlock all doors. Not on rear door handles.

There are NO sensors on the two rear doors.

Can i get the smart key to power up the windows - or must this be programmed by the Lexus technicians ?
