Price seems a bit low. Is it because it's a non-CPO, non-Lexus dealer? Maybe that is the way to go when getting a used RX? I don't see a link for Carfax report though...

It might be wear and tear on the vehicle ... why not just go down and look at it? Also, remember to check the CARFAX. With the 2012's showing up prices on the 2010's are bound to be going down.

FYI, last year we ended up getting our 06 4Runner from South Infiniti (we live a bit up the road from them), and got an excellent deal, $19K with only 19K miles on the vehicle. Every so often, they do wind up getting some good deals on used vehicles there. I had also checked the carfax on it and found no issues on it. It's been a wonderful vehicle ever since.

Carfax is okay except it reports nitrogen-filled tires. I know this was popular a year or two ago but I wouldn't keep up with that, I think it's a waste of money.

The funny thing was with our 4Runner, I actually only found out about it by searching cars for sale listings on carfax.com.
The vehicle showed up for sale late at night (didn't see it earlier in the day), then wound up walking into the dealership in the afternoon the next day and getting it. Was a great price for a V8 SR5, RWD with navigation.

I actually do use nitrogen filled tires, but that came out of a habit in Mexico (larger molecules, potential for punctures high in Mexico City) and the nitrogen helped there. I actually found with my Michelin CrossTerrains I had slightly longer life using the nitrogen the second I used the same exact tires, but I have yet to get enough mileage here in Florida to fully verify being in a different climate the actualy quantifiable results.
The bigger problem we have in South Florida is tire rot. I use a 303 Aerospace protectant on my RX300's tires to help slow down this process (you can get the stuff on Amazon or at West Marine). Nitrogen is more of a help with the interior of the tires.

Anyway, it's softer and it tends to show it's age quite early compared to the previous Lexus vehicles

The semi -aniline leather is only on the Luxury Package for the RX. It actually is supposed to age better since the dye is all the way through the leather. Supposed to and actual are two different things.
