Greeting fellow Lexus owners.
I'm new here so I hope I can get my future concerns and questions answered here about a purchase of
a new 2012 RX350.
I presently own a 2000 RX300 with 90,000 miles on the O/D, and maybe thinking about trading for a 2012 RX350 if I can get a reasonable deal.
I have two dealers in my area, and I'm not in a hurry to trade.
With 90,000 miles coming up, I'll have to be doing some major maintenance (fluids drain, filters replaced, timing belt maybe, etc.) if I kept my 2000 RX300.
Any advice/question here would be of great help.
Cheers!

tough to say what you will get...generally speaking, if the dealer is interested in having your vehicle on their lot as a low priced carrot for prospective buyers then they might make you a reasonable offer. However, it is difficult to get financing for a car that old for a used car buyer so often the dealer will just send it to auction and that means wholesaling it.
Given the low miles I would think you'd be better off selling it yourself if you are of the mindset. Given the spread between wholesale and retail for a vehicle that's11 years old, it would likely be worth your while (given the percentage difference between wholesale and retail).
Good luck!
