I got the .9%! But I put a huge amount down because I wanted the payments where I wanted them.

My credit score was about 675 or so.

I did it! I opened a new thread, but basically I got myself one heck of a Christmas present. Been watching to ads so long I guess I had to cave

Long day, SWEET ride!

Thanks for ALL of yours help. It really helped me settle down and realize that a good car is simply one of the finest things one can have in this life.

So I manned up, grew a pair, and drove down to Warwick RI!

Doesn't the sales person make a profit on a sale on a vehicle when financed which could be past on to what the buyer pays?

Just Curious.
Not really. You negotiate the price with the salesman and they don't really care how you are going to pay for it, then they pass you off to the Finance person where the payment is arranged. Those functions are kept separate for a reason.

Can you apply online and find out if you qualify for the .9 percent?

My trucar quote was $52,450 for an MSRP of $54,900.... I settled for $51,500 so aout $3,400 under MSRP before taxes which isnt too bad for a Hybrid. Hybrids are more acarce and harder to negotiate. I probably could have shaved off a few more dollars but they had the color and features I wanted so i grabbed it. I have the car hidden at work and I will spring it on my wife on Christmas morning, big red bow and everything. If you want a regular RX350, you can get a GREAT deal now in December, especially if you arent picky on color
That's one lucky wife!! LOL! But congratulations, by the way, on the new purchase from a fellow

I just got my wife a RX350 and she loves it. It was hard to find the exact car she wanted already and it's not quite the close to Xmas yet. Great sleigh to deliver all the Xmas gifts in!
