Way to go Dave. You helped me out a lot as well. My car will be in Jacksonville Friday and making the short trip to Macon soon. I got the Matador red with the black interior--actually Mama picked that combo. Guy in Augusta tried hard to sell me his car but I really wanted the lux package and I held out for that. But when I went to talk to him he had the red beauty all washed up and I got to see the color combo...actually took my breath away! That is just the perfect color combo for us. Made me even more convinced that we had made the right choice. I'm glad I held out and got everything we wanted and the wait will be over in two weeks but it was indeed hard not to want to drive the one in Augusta out of there....I was by myself...I knew mama wouldn't be able to stand the pressure once she saw that rascal.

Congrats Dave...I really liked the Blue color as well. It will stick out more in the crowd.

Glad you got the 0.9...I expect to get that as well.

I have owned not 1 but 2 Lexuses in Matador Red and I can tell you that it is stunning on bright day. The only down side is when it is scratched, so easy to see to scratches.

That was my 2nd color choice, the Starfire Pearl being #1. When I see a clean Matador Red, I always take a 2nd look. It is a good color.

I agree with you on the auto dim headlights. I have to figure out if it is possible to turn the feature off without turning the headlights on. Right now in Auto mode, you can only have high beams if no one is around. Somtimes when your approaching a corner of an interchange you want to flash the highs for a sec to make sure nothing is around the curve. If anyone knows, please chime in.

Yes you can by pulling the stalk BACK and HOLD it there.

If you push it forward and in Auto, the High beam will come on IF if is dark and no one in front of you BUT PULL it back and HOLD it there will turn on the high beam.
