Sirius Traffic - Gone with the Wind

Ok, here's my update on losing XM Traffic information...
After numerous (and long) calls to far away India...land of enchantment as well as customer service people all named Frank, Violet, Donald, and Teresa...nada, nada, nada. Nothing worked as they tried to get Traffic reactivated for my RX450h.
So I searched the web with this query - "Sirius XM Traffic problems" and came up with...drum roll...a ClubLexus IS site (!) wherein some folks had a similar XM problem. Their solution? Stop calling the regular customer service XM number and call one in North America where "Gary" is really a Gary:
866.610.6195
Write this one down; one day you'll need it.
Gary had Traffic restored in my vehicle inside 15 minutes.
All the previous excuses I was given - "take your car to Lexus and have them repair or replace the Nav/Audio system" or "Our traffic information coverage is down and we have no idea when it will be back up" were bogus.
Pretty shamefull for a large corporation to treat users that way but, hey, perhaps that's why their stock is $1.79 today from $61 eleven years ago...
