Thanks, I opened a ticket with them yesterday, hoping it'll get resolved. So if it's network problem, then everyone should have the same problem? I'm in the SF Bay Area.
It may not necessarily be a problem with the vehicle, but with a component of the "Cloud". There genuinely may be a network problem at the cell service provider, who will route traffic to a private network. You would have to call Lexus to have a case created so it can be resolved.

Not necessarily. There may be an outage that is geographic, provider based, IP range based, or any other combination. For scalability purposes, clients get routed to different data centers. The routing may be off.

Ok, I guess I just need to wait it out to see if they can get it fixed then. Didn't think about static type routing, seems like the optimal thing to go dynamic. I did have the problem in both east bay and south bay so I know it's not just specific area.
