Don't really see that big of a deal. 5 Qt jug Mobil1 0W20 from Walmart is $23.99 and I get the OEM filters from local Toyota dealer for $4 a piece. Comes out about the same and definitely prefer OEM filter at that.

Some people have said Toyota 0W-20 full synthetic is loaded with moly, so that's the oil I use for the wife's RX.
