Looking to buy used set of oem lexus RX 400H or RX 450h rims with or with out tires. In the PA/NJ/NY area

Ebay or craigslist is your best bet. You can also try wheel colission center in Bethlehem, PA who has refurbed

Hmm....I've been thinking how to get rid of our OEM wheels too. It's pretty brand new considering I only drove it for a week before I changed it.
