Cool Sensor problem 2011 RX 350

I have a 2011 RX 350 with the drivers side parking sensor TU, it shows active all the time or shows the lines and peeps. We got rid of the noise but have to replace the sensor. Has anyone had the same problem with their RX or other models.

It would not be normal for one to be out of sorts, but if it is, no problem, it's warranted.

Default sensor

Thanks for replying, the dealer did an inspection on the sensor. The Tech. found that the sensor had a slight dent in it, the tech. had to use a powerful light on shinning across the sensor and found a slight bend in the sensor. Not visabal with out aids. We kind of concluded that maybe a peice of ice had hit it, there are no marks at all on the sensor or area around it. Interesting!!!!!!
Thanks for you help.

Thanks for the reply, you have a very nice looking vehilce. Mine is pearl white. I lover it, its a pillow ride compared to our other two vehilces. Dodge diesle (sp) and a Ford Focus. I should have saved my money by not buying the Ford and used the money to buy the Lexius. Well live and learn.
Thanks
Russ
