so last week my parents took their RX450h in for service they also did alignment. The service rep told them that all 4 of tires are all worn out needs to be change. My parents think that its impossible because the car only has 36k miles and its all regular driving, (no hard cornering, off road etc...) So they came visit me in Vegas last week I check the car the tires perfectly fine... then i turn the wheels out all the way the inner edge of the tires is all worn out, i check the other 3 they also have the same inner edge worn out problems.
So I thought they just need tires change so i bought a set of 4 OEM tires for them and change before they head back to Cali. As I went to my buddy tire shop, he refuse to change the tires because he insist that all the suspensions has problem causing all 4 tires to wear. I call the the dealer right away and ask if they know anything about the suspension they said it was just out of alignment, suspension are fine... But i always thought a bad alignment would often happen to 2 wheels, rarely 4.
We bought the car brand new and has extended warranty for 100k miles so we want to make sure the car has no issue or the dealer doesn't want to spend money to fix my car?
Please help... Sorry for long post and bad english

Sounds like the alignment was bad (likely the camber adjustment), and it's now corrected.
A bad alignment can wear all 4 tires from the inner edge, it's not common, but it does happen.
Why was the alignment so off though? lol Did it pull to either side before?

This is just how the RX450h wears it's tires. I've never seen a car that had all 4 wheels so perfectly out of alignment that it wears all the tires the same way. Doing tires around 40k on an RX (any generation) with OEM tires is normal, doubly so for the high torque demand put on the tires by the 450's motors.

I wonder if was just the front that was out of alignment. It may have worn all 4 tires the same due to tire rotations over the life of the tires. It would explain how evenly they seem to have worn across all 4 tires.
Of course, you would wonder why no one ever mentioned a possible alignment issue when they rotated the tires. The local dealership did the same to my Mom's 07. They rotated the tires during all of the regular maintenance, AND performed all of the regular "inspections". They never said a thing about uneven tire wear clearly caused by an alignment issue. I happened to spot it before she had a failure, but I sure would have expected them to report such an issue!
I'm not all that sure I would go back to your buddy's tire shop either. Seems like a pretty odd diagnosis, to me!
