ROUTINE Service advice

I think the vast majority of dealers do a good job and do what is charged on the service bill. You obviously found a non-reputable dealer who did not do the work, and tries to scam folks out of their $. Those should be reported to the corporate offices.

Yes I did report them to my states CT. BBB and the home state of the Dealer which was N.Y. states BBB and I also reported them to the home state of Nissan which I believe was N.Carolina BBB and also reported them to Nissan themselves.
This is not the treatment they should give anyone especially a women who normally doesn't know what to look for and is paying good money for the dealers service.
I hope I hear from one of the complaints

I just picked up a Mobil 1 filter element and some Mobil 1 0W-20 and changed the oil about a week ago. The filter includes two new gaskets and also a small plastic screw on tube to allow you to drain the oil in the housing before you remove the filter. It really is easy - I paid ~9.00 a quart for the oil (you need just under 6.5 quarts) and the filter was $20.00.

At Lexus Drivers website (drivers.lexus.com) you can post your own maintenance record. I also save the receipt of the oil & filter (OEM invoice) and document the date, mileage, and details on the invoice and save it.
