Default On board with the 2013 RX 450h crew

Ordered my 2013 RX 450h.... I too have a good relationship with my dealer (16+ years with our family) so should be 6-8 weeks.....

Now we wait.

It took 11 weeks for me to get my car from the day the dealer order it until it was at my dealership. Do not see how they can put your order in the production system build your car and shipped it from Japan. Get it off the ship and send it to you in 6-8 weeks hope you enjoy it when you do get it.

i have to agree, 6-8 weeks is Fast unless you don't put too much customization in your order.
12 weeks is the norm in our case, that's why we stay away from build to order.
we rather get some package we don't really need to get something that we want.. ex Mark Levinson or HUD.

You win the lotto. All the Lexus/Toyota hybrids come from one plant in Japan. Unfortunately all the lotto tickets are gone

Congatulations, please let us know if Lexus fixed the outrageously loud road noise when driving at 80mph, in an old concrete highways like we have here in San Diego.

I had an old LX, then traded it with a GX and both were really quiet in any kind of roads. Until they come up with a totally new RX, I would not consider trading the 2010 RX I am driving now because it's the same body shape and most likely the same wind and road noise issues.

Happily I have no wind or road noise issues. I think it might be my tires. The Michelin Latitudes been really quite. That said, some roads are worse than others, but that's the road itself. Any other car would have been lots worse on the same surface.
