The discount plus the rebate totaled $4941 and the trade was $1000 more than the best Trade price that I was offered for the Highlander from 2 different Toyota Dealers on a comparable vehicle purchase.
I was happy with the deal and I finally have a car for my wife that I enjoy driving!!.......gm

I was in the market for a new 2013 450h that I needed to special order. I contacted all the dealers in Louisville,Lexington,Cincinnati,Indianapolis, and Evansville. True Market is no big deal. I bought my 2013 Feb 28, last day of month, $7,500 below MSRP, plus tax and fee. Includes $1,000 Lexus Finance rebate.
Sticker was $49,890. I bought for $43,500 without going to the selling dealership til time to do paperwork. Just called around to four dealers after test drive at closest dealership.
I told them in advance I was buying Feb 28. and I did. You have to be serious, and, if they meet your number, write the check. I used 12% off MSRP as a goal. You may even do better.

Towing w/ an RX 350 - mirrors
Hi, sorry, I realize this isn't the correct forum, so:
1) can someone tell me where I find the icon to make an actual post, step-by-step?
2) I have a RX 350 & am looking to tow a Coleman 17 ft trailer; 8 feet in width. The car is having the hitch put on. Anyone have any experience with towing a travel trailer behind this SUV, will I need different mirrors? Looking for the most efficient thing possible; will get another truck soon. Thanks all.

Man, after reading all the discounts you guys got I'm feeling like I got ripped off a bit. I only got $2369 off the MSRP of $50,930. I did the additional $1000 rebate as well but everyone gets that.

I am in the market and the best quote I have got for a vehicle having MSRP of $50,930 is 50,795 on road after all tax, title and fees. It includes the $1000 finance rebate also.
Indiana sales tax is 7% and let's remove another couple hundred bucks for fees etc, I don't see I am getting better quote than you.
Have touched bases with dealers in Indianpolis, Louisville, Cincinnati and Ft Wayne..
