This was pretty much the best deal I got in my area. I looked at DFW, Houston and San Antonio. My local dealer matched and beat my other deals.
sounds like a great deal. so if your MSRP was 49,400. how much did you pay for the car before TTL and registration? Did you also get the $1750 on top of that as well?
Looking to purchase this car in the dallas area but would be open to look in the surrounding areas as well. did you get any good or similar offers in the dallas area as you did in austin??

Lease term 33 Months/10,000 miles per year
Refundable Security Deposits MSD's (7x450): 3150
Dealer payed me $800 to cover 2 existing lease payments i had on my MB C300 so that i can get out of that lease

Did i do Well??
Security deposit is NEVER a good deal. Sorry, but it's the truth.
if you have excellent credit, they can roll over the due at signing to your monthly payments.
what's your money factor?
what's your rent charge?
you can find the rent charge at your lease agreement.
the lower, the better.

i do both, lease, purchase and lease THEN purchase.
i NEVER do security deposit. the least amount of money i can pay the better.

and We're talking about a 2013 here. last year's model.

My last money factor was .00019 which ( x2400) equals to 0.45% APR
i only paid for DMV fees, tax and the 1st month

My 2013 450h deal is

MSRP was 58,100

$523 to drive off (include 1st month payment, all tax after rebate @ 8.75% tax rate)

monthly is $655 (include tax) for 35 more payments

Depreciation $19383
Rent Charge is $2311 -> Total $21695 -> 21695/36 = 602 + tax monthly

Residual value $33117

Does it sound an ok deal?

Actually the best offer I got was initially from Park Place in Plano. I was mainly in contact Stephen from Park Place and Jon from Lexus of Austin. The austin dealership was more than willing to match the deal so I stayed in town to avoid the drive. I'd highly recommend talking with these 2 dealerships. Also Randy from Sewell Dallas was helpful.

My deal was before any incentives or rebates. So it was $47k and then I got the $1750 for using LFS so final cost was $45250 OTD. I think I recall the MSRP was $44k from looking at the paperwork. I was pleased with working with both dealerships. Good luck on your purchase.

Do you own/did you own a Lexus before purchase?
Did you use Lexus/Toyota Finance to purchase the vehicle?

If you answer yes to question 1, that's a $1,000 discount.
The second is a $1,500-$1750 discount.
If that was the case, you paid $50,204 for the RX

The answer to both questions is no; this is our first Lexus car and no we did not go through Lexus/Toyota Finance.

We got over $5k off MSRP with our 2013 RX350 in GA. Best deal I could find from all 3 dealerships in the area.

Default lexus financial incentive

How and when do we get the lexus financial incentive, do they substract it from the purchase price right away, do we have to wait some time, or is it a separate check from lexus after the loan is approved?
also, does lexus typically have a prepayment penalty on their loans?

Did pick up today and this is how it worked for me. The incentive is taken after all taxes are applied and if you are approved through lexus financial. So whatever amount you come out to after tax, subtract 1750 from that. And no, there is no prepayment penalty.

Got mine recently. Here was my deal net of local expenses and incentives - MSRP $50,945, out of the door $46,749. Seemed reasonable...

Purchased from Hennessy Lexus in Atlatna
