Left rear wheel makes noise
When I go over bumps or ditches slowly or backing out of your parking the rear wheel makes the creaking noise. It is heard clearly when all windows are down and no music.
Do you experience this issue?

I purchased an 2010 RX 350 on May 7 and had to return it for the same noise. But mine was making it on the passenger real wheel, can only hear it with windows down. Took it to the shop they said will need more time for diagnose asked for an exchange right away since it had only been one day since I bought it.

You might do a search for rear shock absorber; there was a post discussing this problem or a very similar problem a little while ago. If this is your problem, the fix may be as simple as having the shock absorber replaced under warranty.

Maybe i have a similar problem too.
Our company bought two Rx450 h Luxury Moon in august, 2010. (i am from Hungary, our cars are made for Europe).
Since the end of the year 2011, a strange, piping noize is coming from the rear wheels.
Here are two links, where you can hear this::
Clip two: the noise from 0:21 is the alam
I have brought many times to the service in Hungary, but they can't solve it. Last time they oild something around the rear brakes but after 3-4 weeks, maybe because of the abraison, the noise could be heard again.
Not just when you reverse with the car. 2 weeks ago we had a businesss meeting and when a guy sitted in the car to the right rear seat, this noise came again.
Next week, I' am going to meet an importer of the Toyota Motors Hungary, who will look at the car and perhaps find out what the problem is.
As i mentioned, we have two Rx 450h, same had made in 2010, at summer. The other car hasn't got this problem, but when braking, both of the cars always give forth very strange noise around the rear-front tyres/brakes. This noise is like a friction. About that problem, i can't make video cause it is not enough loud to hear it in a movie clip.
So i would be glad if someone could help me and find out what could be the problem!

FDTOTH I think what you have is a lack of lubrication on the e-parking cable, you service dealer has to lubricate that cable in 6 different points for each side as some of the RX's had very little lubrication and were making that whinning noise when braking, either that or you need your rotors resurfaced.
