I just cancelled both my vehicles after 7 back to back follow up calls over the last few months on billing errors with these idiots. Each time it's over half an hour on the phone and their service drops anytime you near a bridge, a tall building, a tree, or even a bush for that matter.

I can stream for free from the pandora App or use my iPod connection and now will just rely on those. It's simply not worth the headache of that disastrous company. It's nice to have options and some change in programming content, bit not when you are consistently that bad in customer service. Told the rep I should instead start billing them for my time, LOL.

Glad others have had different experiences. But none of my friends I've talked to have ever said anything good or kept the service beyond the initial trial because of similar experiences to mine. What a terrible joke Sirius XM is.

Default Streaming Sirius/XM

I have been slowly canceling my Car Sirius/XM accounts, and using my Internet Streaming Sirus/XM app. It's about $4 per month, then I just stream it via Bluetooth Audio or via the connector.

I have found the quality better than the in-place radio, plus more channel options.

It doesn't hurt that I have unlimited data plans.....
