ML is indeed an option on the F Sport, but I would guess that you can start to custom build/order one in August when the F Sports arrive at the dealerships.

From what I have read, it seems the RX F Sport is simply borrowing ALL the F technology from other models.... the 8 speed trannie is from the ISC as well as the upgraded suspension....so although the F upgrades are new for the RX, no new technology from Lexus... is this true?

If true, this IMO is a benefit, as technology is proven.
