13 RX 350 F Sport - anyone see one, drive one?
any USA release dates yet?
I read a small review in USA that stated the ride was quite impressive, the 8 speed and beefed up suspension gave it a much sportier feel than he expected. I can't wait to drive one...

My dealer just got an RX350 with the "F sport appearance package", $1100,,,big change was the bottom of the front grille and ALL the air dam accross the front was flat black; gave it a different look.plus it has my 19" wheels with Superchrome finish....., but nothing mechanical like the 8sp and other expensive options that will be on the real "F":!!

If F's are made in Japan, IMO, that is another reason for me to buy one... I had a friend that worked in Japan Lexus / Toyota... he claimed QC at these facilities are like nothing else in the world. The stories he told me about the dedication, testing, and commitment blew me away.
I bought a Land Cruiser in 03, also designed / made 100% in Japan, its never been in for service... IMO, this is mind boggling. I am not discounting the Canada manufacturing, just sharing what I learned about the Japanese manufacturing line.
Well, you still can't build an F Sport on the web site, so I imagine its a few months away. I can't find the one review I read on the web of a test ride, but it sure was encouraging. This F Sport really steps the car into a new luxury / sports classification IMO.
Its hard to make any crossover a true sports car due to its high center of gravity, but if anyone can get it close, it will be Lexus for sure. The MLK AMG 63 is similar in size, with much higher performance with a 6.3 liter engine, ...gorgeous car, but high $90's, so the RX F will be a steal at mid to upper $50's.
Just wish they offered an interior color option vs. BLACK ONLY... AMG offers at least a light / dark option, sometimes more.
