I purchased a 2010 RX350 with 7,300 miles in December 2011. Since then we have had numerous trips to the dealership for repair. First was the white dust coming from the air ducts. Second was a loud pop when changing the heat mode from floor only to floor and front. Now, the airconditioner is leaking on to the passenger floor mat and there is an awful rotten egg/sulfur smell when using the air conditioner.

Has anyone else experienced these problems, and/or know of a fix. The dealership seems to be clueless.

My guess is you have a leak in the coil, or you have a leak in the coil box.

Try a different dealer and ive never heard of something like this.

Are you using Lexus of Bay Ridge? Agree with others for you to try another dealership, perhaps Lexus of Manhattan.

Check post #31 in this thread. There is a TSIB on 2010 RXs regarding the smell. Any Lexus dealer can look it up and make the recommended repair. I'd recommend bringing your RX to another dealer since yours seems to be less than helpful. Good luck.
