I am pretty sure the housing is the same but since the 13's do not have the turning headlights I would think there would be a connection problem. The price is about half of a 2010-12 Xenon headlight.

I asked the dealer if the '13 housings would fit in the '10 and the guy at parts said no. I think he was lying though. They look really similar. He did mention the connectors being different for the DRL and might require splicing of the original harness. That's more believable because there might be a driver needed to run the LED strip and it might not be built into the housing.

Being serious here, the only way it's going to work correctly is trading up to 2013. Ultimately it will probably be cheaper too. I'd bet money on the wiring harness, connections, and a slew of other things being different.

i have looked at the cars side by side... it really doesnt look like it would fit.. maybe its the bumpers messing with my head.. but at some points the corner of the lights look sharper than the other

So if you own a 2010 or 2012 is not worth updating the lights because they don't have the Adaptive feature that sucks for Lexus, I love the turning lights at night. Another reason not to trade up to a 2013 it seems that Toyota are taking features away from a 50k car.

but they added the auto flip mirrors for 2013..i kind of wish that came with the 2012 with the tight parking space here in the bay area..

By auto flip mirrors, do you mean the side mirrors tilting down when shifting into reverse? I've got it on the 2010. I don't see why they would remove it sometime between 2010 and 2013. Is it not a standard feature?

NO, on the 13's you can set the mirrors to fold back when the doors lock so people cutting thru a tight parking lot will not break off or malign your mirrors; a good feature!! You can also leave on manual and just fold them when you might be in your tight garage!

That feature is also on my 2012 450h.
