From another thread, the obvious safety feature to overcome any mysterious sudden acceleration issues, have the brakes over-ride the engine or drivetrain... was this safety measure added to the RX? My guess is, if it was added, Lexus would never advertise it... anyone know?

Last question: Will there be any new safety systems on the 2011 models this fall?
WILLIAMSEN: Beginning with the 2011 vehicles, all Lexus models will be equipped with a new brake override feature. That’s there so that under certain situations where the driver is applying both the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal at the same time, engine power will be reduced to shorten the stopping distance.
Was direct from the Lexus web site:

Would a Boolean expert please look at that

In the last step, If I continue to push on the brake and push harder on the accelerator, brake override cancels??
I must be reading that wrong.
