clicking noise from steering wheel

I have a 2011 rx 350. Everytime when i drive outta my garage and turn my steering wheel makes a clicking noise both ways. doesnt matter if i turn left or right. Anyone with this issue?

I suggest you take it in for warranty service.

ever find out what it was? this happens on my sc too. just happens on the very first turn.
