Anyone adjust their own parking brake? Ours is losing its hold, and being out of warranty, would like to see if it can be adjusted by the shadetree mechanic. I do not know if it's the disk brakes that are used for the parking brake, and there's just a cable adjustment, or there is a small drum brake setup. Anyone got any ideas?

Small drum brake. Adjuster wheels accessible by removing the rims and unscrewing theplug in the face of the hub. Stick a screw driver in there and push the toothed wheel - I believe it's push at top to loosen, bottom to tighten. If you actually want to see what you're doing, remove the calipers and pull off the disc, but it's not necessary.
