Nav. Override
#5
It's designed for you to be able to do that through audible cues. Your owners manual has the 'how to' on that. I use it whenever I add an address as it's much easier than manual entry. Except for pushing the one button on your steering wheel, it's totally hands free and just requires practice and talking more directly to the mike located above your mirror. It helps to speak slowly and phonetically correct. The device does not work well with slurring or mumbling. But it does work well when used correctly.

There is an override available from Prestige Society that'll run you a few hundred bucks. A few people here have it installed on their RX. Another option besides what Jim mentioned is to use Lexus Enform. Addresses can be downloaded to the RX via computer or through an app. Or you can call Lexus to have the address entered by the operator while you're driving. They can override a destination if you have one already entered too. Came in handy when I was driving a distance from home and received an emergency phone call. First year of Enform is free, then it's about $270 a year with Safety Connect.

Only if the CPO is still in it's first year. They do not reactivate it for the CPO's. You would think they would reactivate it for a month or so to entice people to buy it.

Not sure. I'd have to check the paperwork. MEP is probably right, it may still be active under a year. If not, negotiate a lower rate into the deal.
Thanks for catching that
