New posting here, but lurking for a while...

I have a couple of questions on the navigation, radio, Enform system on the 2013 RX450h.

I use an iPhone 4 connected via Bluetooth as well as an iPod Nano (latest version) connected via USB, and the car successfully pairs with both.

The contacts are uploaded to car from the iPhone. First, is there a way to sort the contacts by last name - first name as I have on the phone? Also, the contact images are not transferred, and the contacts in the car's menu are blank. Is this correct, or is there some way to import the contact images into the car?

Does anyone actually tag songs from the radio? I did once, and the car's menu prompted me that the tag was successfully uploaded to the iPod. However, when I took the iPod and connected to the computer and ran iTunes there was no tag. I even checked the iPhone.

I will probably have more questions, but that is all for now.
