Need advice!!

Can this dent be fixed or will the bumper have to be replaced? Need help please!!! ...Photo attached

The photo seems odd and leaves much to the imagination. But if that is the PBS bumper looking mangled and torn, the fix will be replacement as opposed to repair.

Heat with heat gun and push it out from the back.

)You should contact your insurance company. You have a nice car and want it fixed properly. It doesn't look salvageable (bumper cover).

That's not a "dent."
Check with a body shop and call your insurance carrier.
You need some serious work to restore your car to its former glory.
