Trailer hitch for cargo carrier on FWD

Trailer hitch for cargo carrier on FWD
I know it is a no-no to install a hitch on the FWD, but I really am sick of my baby stroller eating into half the trunk space i have. I am considering getting a cargo carrier and putting the stroller and the cooler on it, no towing or anything. Does anyone know if there is a 1 1/4 hitch for this car or do I have to get the giant 2" hitch? Also are mounting any different on the FWD vs the AWD model?
Thanks
Btw, Hidden Hitch, Drawtite or Curt? I am leaning toward Curt as they seem to make a more reliable product that Drawtite. Most Drawtites I have seen are rusted

Why is it a big no no for a hitch on a fwd? I have looked for hitches and have not seen a different one one for awd/fwd. Personally I would not put a smaller hitch even if it were available.. if you're going to go through the trouble and expense of putting on a hitch I would go all the way. You never know what you'll need in the future.

If you try forum Search, instant answers no waiting! Found these among many others pointing at 3rx forum with hitch in the title. Although didn't try to narrow for smaller hitch size, should give you an idea on some brands

They also don't have a FWD hybrid!
I know, but I am sick of the stroller taking up space. I am not really towing anything, I just want to use a cargo carrier to carry the baby stroller and a cooler. 75lbs at the most?
I don't plan to tow anything. If I do, it would be a gardening trailer with less than 300lbs

If you're talking about a Hybrid FWD it is a bad idea period. According to Lexus your vehicle is not designed for trailer towing or for the use of tow hitch mounted carriers. I think you might want to give this some more thought before you possibly violate the terms of your warranty.
