DONE!, as of last week for my brother's car (plusONEran)
Here is wiring help specifically for HID to new HID
AFS is LOST and Auto leveling as well, (still looking into getting auto Leveling working properly but its not super important to us at moment)
Everything else works and lights up as it does from factory in newer car.

Thank you sir for posting that information. I am interested in this conversion as well. I can't open it at work but did you go for the F sport conversion? How much did it ended up costing?

There is parts no. list of all we bought as well for conversion, down to connector plugs in the compiled zip i made as well.
I mainly specifically handled the electrical wiring conversion portion of it.

Ouch!
I would let your repair shop know that you would like to buy the 2013 parts instead of 2010; the shop should be able to covert it and may or may not charge you for some smaller parts that maybe not covered. I personally don't think it will be not hard for a repair shop to swap it.

I think I'm really in the minority. I'm not a big fan of the new front end and am getting really tired of LED daytime running lights. Sure, they were neat on the Audi's when I first saw them years ago, but now you see various strips of LEDs on all makes and models from top to bottom (I'm looking at you Kia Soul). It's just boring and, to me, cheap looking these days with so many copy cats and low end cars doing it. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to swap out the new for the old simply for the LED look.
Now the tail lights, the new ones I like a lot more than the ones on our 2010. I like the newer 19" wheels on the 350 and F Sport too. I just can't get excited about the direction Lexus has taken with the front end across the board.

I have always had soft spot of the clean sophisticated styling of Lexus cars pre-2013 from the ES to the LS models.
However, I do not like the Battle-star Galactica(80's version) Scion-inspired front grills on the newer 2013-on Lexus models.
With that being said, the front-end conversion should be straight forward just costly for those who think it is worth it.
