HID bulbs a tad yellow/warm color?
Looked at a 2011 RX350 with HIDs but the light output looks quite yellow...more like halogens. The car def has the projectors and the HID option, but is it possible the light can get yellow over time? Can the bulbs be replaced only? What kind of cost is expected and is there a brand + model that you guys recommend? I dont care for the extreme blue lights, but a bit more cool toned, white hot is my preference. Thanks

They're definitely look yellow. That's why I decided to change the bulbs to XenonDepot 5000k bulbs to make them look a bit cooler while maintaining OEM look.

I have a 2010 RX450h with the HID's and the bulbs are definitely NOT yellow but more of a blue/white. I've put the laminex shield in the electric blue on my fogs to try and take some of the orange out of them.
