After doing considerable research last summer, I installed a set of Continental CrossContact LX25 all-season 235/55/19 tires on my wife's 2015 RX350 last August. Quiet, great wet traction, great ride comfort, no tramlining, a 70,000-mile treadwear warranty, and an overall great bang-for-the-buck tire. Waited for them to go on sale at Discount Tire and got a $100 rebate in the mail after purchase.

You will not go wrong with Michelin Cross Climate 2. They stick like glue even in rain and are not loud. COSTCO had the best price when I put them on my 2014 RX350.

I am partial to Yokohama Advan Sport A/S+ tires.

What tires are best is a personal opinion which will vary by members on this forum , but I really like the Yokohama Advan A/S+ tires on any car I put them on including my 2015 RX350 AWD.

Your RX350 is a heavy car like my Tesla P100D and I love my Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus tires I purchased at Discount Tires. They are great on dry, wet, ice and snow. They give a softer and quieter ride than Michelin tires and have a 50,000 mile warranty. My tesla puts a lot of torque on the tires and corners hard and these tires handle it all.

Hi, looking for recommendations for 2011 AWD. Live in NC, so need a set ideal for dry/wet. Rarely get snow and occasional ice, so not too concerned about that. Ranking quietness a little higher than firm/softness of the ride.

Look at Continental brand tires. Great riding tires and quiet. Since you don't need all season tires, search Tire Rack for summer tires and check out their ratings for what you are interested in.

I just installed the same tires and they are all the above - excellent so far - time will tell
Biggest improvement over the Pirellis Scorpions I just tossed, is the much smoother, quieter ride - huge improvement.
Haven't had them out on wet pavement yet so I can't comment - although the reviews state they are very good.
The Pirellii's were a massive disappointment - I only had them on 2 yrs (20,000 kms / 12K miles) before they became very hard and noisy.

Michelin Cross Climate 2 for all around best performance. LTX Defenders for ride, quiet and mileage.

Default Vercelli Strada 1 All-Season Tire

Hi all,

Rather a strange question. I am wondering if anyone has used the Vercelli Strada 1 All-Season Tire for their RX. Mine is the the RX450h. I don't drive my RX450h much, and I really hate to spend nearly $1000 USD for four Micheling tires. The Vercelli Strata 1 seems to be really good price, but just wondering if anyone has any bad experience with it. My RX450h uses size 235/55R19 105V. Thanks!

Do not get those tires.
Why are you shopping a no name tire that is probably made who knows where with unknown quality from Amazon, known purveyor of fake parts? Plus you will never be able to make a warranty claim or get a road hazard warranty that you can use if you buy from them.

There are many quality, less expensive alternatives to Michelin that are readily available from Hankook, BF Goodrich, Kumho, Bridgestone etc. Try shopping at www.tirerack.com who will ship to your local installer or joining Costco or Sam's Club or BJ's for cheaper priced tires. They all offer road hazard and enforceable warranties.
I recently put these BF Goodrich Comp 2 A/S tires on my Lexus HS250h because they had decent reviews, are cheap and I only drive it locally. They have been good so far. https://www.tirerack.com/tires/bfgoo...omp-2-a-s-plus

Default factory ( oem) tires for 2012 rx

just trying to find out which tires were factory with 2012 lexus rx fwd . i'm looking at one with (they say) 52,000 miles ---the tires a re worn and they're bridgestone alenza . no letters or numbers after alenza. my feeling is , the mileage is legit if these are the original tires .

Find the four-digit date codes on the tire sidewalls. The first two digits are the week the tire was built and the second two digits are the year the tire was built. Example: 1220 indicates the twelfth week of 2020.

I very seriously doubt those Bridgestones are the original tires.
