Family lives in North Vancouver.
We'll be heading back to the states tomorrow.
Ave mpg 26,with 3 adults 1 4 month old and a loaded trunk.

Ave mpg within Vancouver is 18 ( 90% city driving)

CA is for California
Ca is for Canada

And by the way, Regular unleaded here in Vancouver is expensive. 1.29/L convertion is $4.80/gal
That explains a bunch of Canucks filling up gasoline containers at Costco Bellingham (Washington state)

Im glad i chose the RX in this trip. Very smooth and quite a comfortable people hauler.
The Range Rover woudl have cost me a lot of gas, while the electric RAV 4 will have problems finding charging stations.

markrivers, indeed, fuel is expensive here and Premium is about 20 cents more per liter or almost 80 cents more per gallon! RX is tough to beat for long family trips.

Neat pic corrado. Snow and wind can do some wicked things.

Morning shot of the RXh after an ONR bath yesterday. It was too cold to do a proper wash though I did drag out the hose for a rinse. The rims were covered in ice. I guess it was a little too cold They have since defrosted.

^Hardly. The turkeys by me are nasty. One came out into the road, forcing me to stop, and stood there so his posse could cross. Nearby towns have halted mail delivery on occasion because of attacks on postal carriers. They're not small and can definitely do damage. BTW, I let this guy cross my side of the road before trying to pass but he ran back at me. Inches literally separated us.

We have turkeys in our neighborhood too. Counted 29 of them on the road the other day. Would have tried to scare them off but decided against it since we were driving our 3-week old RX450h and didn't want to clean turkeys off my new paint. Had a turkey chick invasion inside the house captured on survelliance cameras too, but that is a story for another day (friends said I should enter the video on AFV)..

Granted my RX is really dirty, but I think I have most people beat... Check out my new wheels! As you all know, these are OEM Lexus 19" from the hybrid models, except these are PVD black chrome!

Big ups to the seller who provided the set, with tires, TPMS, mounted and balanced!
