My wife drove the RX with my son and I had the IS with my daughter. We were the only ones with an RX F-Sport - the white one you see was the dealer GM's RX so he doesn't count.

 

That's awesome, corrado. Pretty cool seeing all those Fs together. And the scenery is incredible.

 

Anita, definite heads turning during the drive. At one point, while crossing through a small town, a kid on his bike saw the first few F-Sports ahead of me and gave them the thumbs up. By the time he realized he saw mine and another 12 behind me, he did a double-take and poor kid lost control and fell. It was a cute "AFV" moment. He was not hurt as he quickly got up and began cheering at the brigade.

 

Looks good. No big brother/daddy/grandpa?

 

Funny story corrado. Maybe that kid on the bike was distracted by your daughter sitting in the front seat You probably saw more Fs in one day than I've seen in a few years. Popularity is definitely growing.

corrado, I thought the same thing but it's the wrong color. The leaf fell off too.

 

On a getaway to the beach near Monterey. One year purchase anniversary on 10/13. We have thoroughly enjoyed our RX.

 

^^ Looks great Tom. I didn't realize yours was so closely optioned to mine. My '13 is the same as yours, but in Nebula and with ML. Our 1 year anniversary date is coming up this weekend.

 

Thanks. That package mix seemed to be what our dealer had a lot of but we were happy with the options. I forgot to mention we are just under 15,000 miles - we will probably go over that this weekend.

 

Same here. Lots optioned this way, though several had the 19" wheels, which I did not want. This was the only one on the lot, however, that had both ML and radar cruise. Those weren't the determining factors however, instead it was the color combo that sold us. Though it was the end of the model year closeout, they still had 15 or so 2013s on the lot.

We're at about 12k miles on ours. We are still very happy with it.

 

I would have gone with the radar cruise, but we did not see one at any of the 3 dealers we visited. One salesman actually bad mouthed it. I think if it had come down to it my wife would have picked the silver over the adaptive cruise.
